Booking Deposit of £200 per pair. (£100 per player)

Balance of £280 per pair - payable May 1st 2024

Total entry fee £480 per pair.

Three superb golf courses:

Kedleston Park - Tuesday 30th July

Little Aston - Wednesday 31st July

Sherwood Forest - Thursday 1st August

Three days golf with daily team and individual prizes.

Tea, coffee & breakfast rolls are included each day on arrival.

2024 Booking instructions & order of play:

PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO PLAYED IN THE 2023 EVENT UNTIL 1st October 2023 - AFTER WHICH NEW PLAYERS MAY BOOK.

  1. Fill in the form below.
  2. You can request up to a maximum of 4 pairs (8 players)
  3. Chose your preferred start time window
  4. Click the "Send Booking Request" button
  • All requests will be dealt with in chronological order of receipt.
  • All bookings are put in to the schedule by me personally. - If I receive a lot of bookings it might take me a day or two to catch up - please be patient.
  • When I have allocated you a start time you will see it appear on the schedule in RED as a provisional booking subject to payment of your £100 / player deposit.
  • I will confirm receipt of your booking request by email and send you payment instructions by bank transfer.
  • After receiving your payment you will see your booking in BLACK as a confirmed booking.

REFUNDS:

  1. Refunds of the £100 per player booking deposit will only be given up to March 1st 2024.
  2. On May 1st 2024 the balance of £140 per player is due and thereafter refunds will only be given if replacement players can be found.
