  • April 22 & 23  Room only - includes free wifi and parking.
  • Breakfast is provided at Sunningdale on the morning of April 23
  • Breakfast is optional as a very good lunch is provided at Ashridge on April 24th
  • The bar and dining areas at the hotel will be open in the evenings

  • 14.30 onwards - The Old 1-13 18 holes pairs better ball.
  • 18.30 onwards - Buffet afternoon tea & bucks fizz.

  • 12.00 onwards - Lunch in the dining room

  • 19.30 Prizes & departure

£980 / player.

Based on 2 sharing a twin room - £110 per person single supplement.

PAYMENT: In 3 stages:

  1. £100 deposit per person is payable at the time of booking.
  2. £300 deposit per person is payable on October 1st.
  3. The balance is payable by March 1st 2024.

CANCELLATION:

  • Before October 1st 2023 - £100 Refund.
  • After October 1st 2023 - The £400 deposit will be refunded ONLY if a replacement is found at the full price.
  • After March 1st 2024 - Loss of the £300 deposit.  The balance will be refunded ONLY if a replacement is found at the price of £700 per person.

Each day:

  • Pairs better-ball Stableford off 85% of course handicap - 
  • Holes 1-17 Best 1.  Hole 18 Both. 

There will be prizes for:

  • The top 5 Pairs each day 
  • 2 prizes for nearest the pin
  • 1 prize for longest drive on each round
  • All Two’s
